We measure whether Suvadu works. We do not collect the contents of your memories, voice recordings, or search questions.
Suvadu is a voice-first memory app. You tap the microphone, say something you want to remember, and Suvadu turns it into searchable text so you can find it later. Privacy is a core part of how Suvadu is built.
To understand whether Suvadu is reliable and useful, the app sends anonymous, aggregate usage signals to our analytics provider, TelemetryDeck. These signals describe how the app is used, never what you record or search for.
Examples of what is sent: a recording started/completed/failed (with a coarse duration range and a general failure category); whether it was your first memory and a rough count range; a search opened/submitted/completed and whether it returned results; app version, OS version, and device model supplied by the analytics SDK.
Never sent to analytics:
Analytics data is anonymous and is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites. TelemetryDeck’s privacy information: telemetrydeck.com/privacy.
When your device supports Apple’s on-device model, Suvadu may generate a short answer to your question. This happens on your device using only your retrieved memories. Your memories are not sent to any cloud AI service.
You can delete all of your memories at any time from Account → Delete All Memories. If iCloud sync is on, deletion also removes them from your other signed-in devices. Anonymous analytics signals contain no memory content and no identity.
Suvadu is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
